National Children's Month is celebrated every November to give importance to children around the world. This law was declared to give protection and guidance to every child. This theme compels us to confront the reality that too many children are living in fear, experiencing physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, neglect, and exploitation.  It's not just about raising awareness; it's about taking concrete action, dismantling the systems that perpetuate violence and building a culture of protection. "Kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan" a famous quote by the Philippine's National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.  A bright future is within a child with a great passion and a dream. Children with a compassion strives with everything he/she have interest with. Every child can make a change if they can freely express their views and opinions.
